Service Description
In couples counselling, we assist partners in enhancing their communication, resolving conflicts, and rebuilding trust, fostering a deeper and more fulfilling relationship.
Cancellation Policy
1. First Session: The first session is designed to get to know you, understand your background, and explore the reason for your booking. This session will typically last 45 minutes to 1 hour. Subsequent sessions may range from 50 minutes to 1 hour, depending on the session's focus and the goals we aim to achieve. 2. Cancellation Policy: We kindly request that cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance, except in cases of emergency. If you need to cancel on the same day as your session, please reach out to us promptly via WhatsApp, phone, or email. 3. Counsellor Unavailability: In the rare event that we need to reschedule a session due to an emergency or illness (excluding scheduled vacations), I will make every effort to notify you at least 24 hours in advance. Should rescheduling be necessary, the paid session will be accommodated on another mutually agreeable day. 4. Missed Sessions: Please be aware that missed sessions will be charged in full. We appreciate your understanding of the importance of adhering to scheduled appointments. 5. Late Arrival Policy: To maintain the integrity of our scheduled sessions, the counsellor will wait for a maximum of 15 minutes for late arrivals. If a client does not appear within this timeframe, the session will be cancelled and charged in full. If you join a session late, it will conclude at the originally scheduled end time. 6. Payment Procedure: Sessions are to be paid in advance, and proof of payment must be received before the scheduled session. Failure to provide proof of payment in a timely manner may result in the cancellation of the session. 7. Refunds & Credit: If an appointment is canceled and a refund is requested, a cancellation fee of R150 will be deducted from the refund to cover associated costs. Alternatively, you may choose to retain the paid amount as a credit for a future appointment. Please note that credits are valid for up to 3 months from the original booking date. 8. Online Sessions: Online sessions will be conducted on Google Meet. Please ensure that you have downloaded Google Chrome and have a stable internet connection. A meeting link will be sent to you upon receipt of payment and agreement form. 9. Confirmation of Sessions: Sessions will only be confirmed upon receipt of both payment and a completed agreement form. If these requirements are not met, we reserve the right to postpone or cancel the session.
